We use third-party equipment to monitor the health of our supplied & installed equipment. In a scenario where equipment fails, subject to it supporting network communication, we immediately get notified of a fault and proactively contact our client - informing them of the fault and suggesting an appropriate remote or on-site remedy.
We work with energy efficient systems, which are metered, switched and automated. We also offer UPS solutions - backup power in case of power failure, this also provides surge protection for the equipment.
Being the Home Automation integrator, we always try to simplify our client lives, as much as we can, by offering products & services that we believe will benefit the client. For example, whilst offering entertainment, internal networking and security solutions we can also offer Internet service(s).
In a scenario where a network fault arises, we become the single point of call, where we will investigate the property's internal network and work with the Internet Service Provider to determine any external problems. This means that the client only reports issues to us and we take care of the rest.
For some home owners it is imperative to have an engineer on-standby and available out of business hours to attend issues remotely or on-site within 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours. We offer service level agreements to guarantee such rapid response with a handfull of other benefits.
